Our service fee for online shopping is slight different from in-store shopping. Check out our service fee and example calculation below:

⭐ Service fee: 500 JPY or 10% of item price — whichever is higher.
✅ Example A: You buy a 2,000 JPY earring. 10% of 2,000 = 200 JPY → but since 500 JPY is higher, you pay 500 JPY service fee.
✅ Example B: You buy a 15,000 JPY item. 10% of 15,000 = 1,500 JPY → this is higher than 500 JPY, so service fee = 1,500 JPY.

➕ Additional costs you must cover:

- Domestic shipping fee (from online shop to our Japan address). Many shops offer free domestic shipping over a certain amount, but if not, we pass the exact cost to you.
- International shipping (from our warehouse to your door). Options: EMS, Airmail, Surface. Calculated after packing.
- PayPal fee: 6% charged by PayPal for receiving payment

📦 Total example: You buy a 6,000 JPY jacket. Domestic shipping 600 JPY. Service fee (10% of 6,000 = 600 JPY → higher than 500 JPY) = 600 JPY. Then international shipping 2,300 JPY. Total additional = product 6,000 + domestic 600 + proxy fee 600 + international 2,300 + Paypal fee 6% = 10,070 JPY. All transparent.

Step 2: Get a quote — We reply within 48h with: item price + domestic shipping estimate + service fee (500 JPY or 10% whichever higher).
Step 3: Pay deposit — We'll ask you to pay the total item cost + service fee + domestic shipping (unless domestic shipping unknown, we estimate).
Step 4: We place the orderand send you order confirmation screenshots and receipts.
Step 5: Item arrives at our address — Once received, we will open package to confirm if item received is correct, weight, and send photos. You can consolidate multiple orders (free storage up to 30 days).
Step 6 :Pay international shipping and get your package — Choose your preferred shipping method. We pack securely and provide tracking.
